We work in 30-minute 'Sprints'. These shorter, high-intensity sessions are designed to bypass cognitive overload. We focus on clear targets, immediate problem-solving, and external accountability to bridge the gap between your intention and your action."
Option A: The Momentum Loop (Weekly)
Best for: Maintaining consistency and preventing drift. This package creates a "bookend" structure for your week. We meet to set the strategy, and I provide a virtual "nudge" mid-week to ensure you haven't hit a wall.

1 x 30-Minute Live Strategy Call (Google Meet).
1 x Virtual Accountability Check-in (Mid-week email/voice note support).
Focus: Planning the week, prioritizing tasks, and troubleshooting barriers.

Option B: The Accelerator (Twice Weekly)
Best for: High-pressure periods, 'body doubling,' or tackling a specific backlog. By meeting twice a week, we reduce the time available for procrastination. This acts as external scaffolding for your Executive Function, keeping you on track without the need for willpower alone.

2 x 30-Minute Live Strategy Calls (e.g., Monday to plan, Thursday to review).
Focus: Task initiation ("Body Doubling"), immediate review, and rapid adjustment of strategies.
Investment: £145 per week
